    1. Returning an Item

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to offer a refund provided it is in fully re-saleable condition and returned to us within 28 days of receipt. If the product has been opened or used and cannot be resold, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or defective in any way or has been sent to you in error, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange its return and a refund.

Where a defective, damaged or incorrect order is concerned, your postage costs will be refunded. We are not able to refund postage costs in circumstances other than these.

AR Pillow returns incur a £2.50 surcharge which will debited from your refund (unless the item is faulty) - we do this in order to cover our costs.

When returning items, please include your name, order number and reason for return so that we can process your return swiftly. If in any doubt, please contact us via email or telephone.

We strongly recommend that you return the item to us via recorded delivery as Soothe Your Baby cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post.

        2. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel the contract without reason before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods. Notification of cancellation must be given to Soothe Your Baby in writing either by letter or email – cancellations cannot be made by telephone.

If the goods have already been dispatched, we will not be able to refund postage costs. Items must be returned to us in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Please note that you are liable for the cost of returning the goods to our address.


        3. Postage and Delivery

We charge a flat rate of £3.95 for delivery within the UK on orders up to £100 with the exception of the Baby AR Pillow (for which we charge £7.99) and the Pollywog Feeding Positioner (for which we charge £5.50).  Where items are in stock, orders are posted within one business day (Monday to Friday).

Items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class post.  Royal Mail aims to deliver first class items by the next working day but delivery may take 2-4 working days. However, for UK delivery, please allow up to 10 working days from placing your order to delivery, to allow for postal delays. Due to the recent postal strikes, delays should be expected unfortunately.

For deliveries to addresses outside the United Kingdom, please contact us for a shipping quote at sales@sootheyourbaby.com.


        4. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Soothe Your Baby have teamed up with PayPal to ensure that you are able to make quick and secure payments online. Your credit card information is retained by PayPal and is not given to Soothe Your Baby. We do not store your credit card details.

We will only contact you in regard to your order if necessary via the contact details you provide.
